GLUTE / Ass muscle

Gluteus maximus muscle in the buttocks:

To find the correct location for injecting into the gluteus maximus muscle,

expose the buttocks and divide (in your mind) each buttock into four parts.

Aim the injection into the upper quarter of the buttock towards the hip bone portion.

Glute Injection Guide

Thigh / Leg Muscle

Choose an injection site in the middle third of the thigh on the lateral half.

Never inject on the inner thigh where there are important blood vessels and nerves. Cleanse your skin at the chosen injection site thoroughly with an alcohol pad.

Delt / Shoulder muscle

Draw an imaginary inverted triangle between the acromion and the deltoid tuberosity.

The correct injection site is in the middle one-third of this triangle (ie, in the center of the deltoid muscle, midway between the acromion and the deltoid tuberosity).

Lat / Back Muscle

Inject directly into the middle of the outer edge of the lat.

BiCEP / Arm muscle

Inject directly into the middle of each bicep muscle head.

Tricep / Arm muscle

Inject directly into the middle of each tricep muscle head.

Pec / Chest muscle

You can inject anywhere in the approximate locations of the above sites as indicated in the photo.

Trap / Neck muscle

Inject straight down, directly into the 'peak' of the trap muscle head.
